Mr Joseph Ely

Joseph was born in 1813.  Joseph's father was Mr Joseph Ely and his mother was Mrs Lucy Starling.  His paternal grandparents were Mr James Ely and Alice Went. He had three brothers and a sister, named George, Samuel, Charles and Harriet.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 85 in 1898.
